Schule y del centro Hotel Catering School, C.Ritz y del IES Gregorio Prieto han participado en una serie de Webinars sobre el proyecto KA-202 que estamos llevando a cabo en estos \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>Sloowfood <\/strong><strong>&#8211; living Europe, encouraging the regions\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro del programa Erasmus + de Ense\u00f1anza Superior hemos elaborado y compartido recetas tradicionales manchegas bajo los criterios de la cocina Slow food en peque\u00f1as tapas, adapt\u00e1ndolas a diferentes necesidades y situaciones de salud de los consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta serie de actividades se ha realizado gracias al esfuerzo de nuestro profesorado en un intento de continuar con proyectos atractivos para el alumnado aun en la situaci\u00f3n que vivimos en estos d\u00edas ya que creemos firmemente en lo enriquecedor y \u00fatil que pueden llegar a ser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure
